Upkaar Transport handled thousands of shipments through paper registers, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp messages.
Information was fragmented across branches, making tracking, reporting, and reconciliation slow and error-prone. Every handoff between branches meant re-entering data, and no one had a single source of truth for where a shipment actually stood.

Analytics
